Customer service sucks that 2nd window employee was very rude I ordered 5 drinks was not given a cup holder when I asked for one she rolled her eyes, fries bag wasn’t even halfway full, messed up on sundae I ordered I paid for extra toppings when I told this is not right she got mad because I was asking for what I paid extra for .

Please explain to me how this is a 24hr McDonalds. The last three times I have been there before 0400 I have gotten two: I 'm sorry, our system is offline until 0500 due to switching from dinner to breakfast, and one time they didn 't even answer the board. So please adjust your hours or get your employees to do their job!
