Chipotle Mexican Grill - Greshamville

My latina partner and I were at this location on 03/17/24 at 8:25 p.m.we got there and wanted two bowls with chicken, I noticed there was no chicken so I asked and the guy told me they were going to have some in 10-15 min so we told him we would wait and he said okay . 15 min passed by and another customer came in and wanted chicken as well, she waited around 2 min. We noticed the cook was already cutting the chicken to put it in the container to give it to the frontline staff so we tough that since we were the first customers to wait for 15 min we were going to be prioritized but NO, the caucasian lady was prioritized. No apology at all from the frontline guy when it was our turn, horrible customer service, the food wasn 't as tasty, the restaurant was dirty. Just horrible experience.Will not be going back to this location

We love Chipotle. The new queso is pretty good. I usually stick with a Barbacoa Bowl, tortilla on the side, with lots of rice.Updated. Regular customer, but not very good at trying new things. Always love the salty lime chips.
