IT 'S REALLY GROSS HERE! Food at the kitchen 's sandwich station don 't temp right. The sandwich/bread press has layers of food debris and has never been cleaned or scraped. The pastries aren 't in a case, so dust or flies can land on them. There 's NO pride at this original first store. This place is scary, so don 't eat any food here or don 't get anything here at all actually. YIKES! Parking: Park far far away from here and eat somewhere else!

Every time I've ordered coffee there it comes to me lukewarm, so when I put cream in it, it becomes cold. And every time I've pointed this out to the staff, they've told me it's cold because I put cream in it. Duh! Know why that is? Because the coffee isn't hot to begin with! I've had many, many cups of coffee at your competitors that arrive hot enough so that when I add cream, the drink is still very warm. It's not rocket science, guys. Don't gaslight your customers just heat up your damn coffee.

Great tasting coffee and sandwiches! Their wine and liquor selection is quite large. There is a fridge with chilled beer and wine too. My husband, who loves bourbon, is impressed with their selection. They also have coffee presses, and other fun and unique purchases. It can take a long time to receive your order. Also, it is very loud inside, and if you are not standing near the station where drinks are placed, you will not hear your name being called. There is a large room in the back with a very large dry erase board that can be reserved, perfect for meetings. Parking: There is paid parking on Monroe Street and the side streets have free parking.

We stopped in for takeout coffee and hot chocolate drinks. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. However, we waited over 15 minutes for our drinks. When we received them they were in cups for dining in versus to go. Not a big deal other than they kept taking orders versus finishing orders. I guess it is a good and evil with a product people want and not enough people to provide it. Overall our coffee and hot chocolate drinks were very good.

Pretty good and really enjoyed the sauce that served with it. Would be great with some fresh pico or
