Chang's Mongolian Grill - Gresham

I love coming here but lately I have gotten rude service. May is amazing and always friendly but the other server Michael is the complete opposite. He never checks in, we had to ask him for more water which isn’t a big deal expect for he asked all other tables around us but not our table. When we had to ask him again for our ice cream, he completely ignored my husband. We know he heard due to the eye contact and him putting his hand up as he walked away. The host then began serving us and was sweet. It’s been the second time this has happened with him. First time we figured a bad day or being busy but the same thing happening again. Ignoring us being rude and brushing us off.

They changed the beef quality and it was so cheap and tough, the entire family's teeth hurt afterward. We did not enjoy our meal. The food tasted normal. You couldn't taste the change. But afterward everyone was in pain and we wanted our money back. It was literally so much work to eat the food, we left still hungry. The beef was HARD TO CHEW. GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE THE ENTIRE FAMILY TO THE DENTIST AFTER THIS.

They burned the food on the grill and it had no flavor

This food is so good!!! So delicious!! It 's completely fresh and cooked to order right in front of you. So you get your uncooked meat choice with vegetables then add your sauces and they cook it right in front of you for those that have never eaten this amazing food. I 've been coming to Chang 's since 1987 and it has never been disappointing since everything is fresh and cooked right in front of you. Prices were so much less before the pandemic but have to go up like everyone else. But it 's an also all you can eat establishment so the price isn 't all that bad. I can 't say anything negative about this restaurant except maybe do some interior upgrades, but the food is perfect! PLEASE PLEASE OPEN UP A LOCATION IN CENTRAL OREGON!! There 's no Mongolian restaurants anywhere. The nearest is you guys 110 miles away which would be either Salem or Gresham. Please come to central Oregon
