Jw Steakhouse - Gresham Park

Mushroom appetizer was awesome and very large quantity and very tasty salad bar was fresh and delicious. Had the Caribbean Rib-Eye with the sauce mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts. The steak was just right and brussel sprouts had bacon that was very good. Service was great as well. Hope to visit again soon.Parking: In walking distance to a couple of hotels at the exit also.

We went Friday night and there was a line. This was around 6 so was expected. We didn't see many people leave but eventually people were being seated saw several empty tables figured maybe short handed. We got seated and ordered the Prime Rib special, baked potato, salad and tea. Over an hour later our Prime Rib arrives with a hot baked potato but cold Prime Rib. (Not room temperature almost like been in a fridge) Got to go boxes figured we could reheat for supper on Saturday since so late by now. Admittedly was surprised at 96.00 bill because didn't realize a salad had a 4.00 upcharge but whatever. I won't say we won't ever give them a second chance but won't do the special anymore will go where salad is included at the very least. On a side note the Prime Rib did have a nice flavor to it they just dropped the ball on how long it took to get the food and it be that cold when it arrived. No explanation either on why it took so long but overheard several tables talking about it took over an hour to get their food.

We had the chicken/steak/veggie kabobs and loaded potato bar at our wedding. It was incredible. Everyone had wonderful things to say about the food! I highly recommend!

Food was great!!! Even tho it was cold. My red haired chunky family guy looking mf waitress wasn't great. She was so rude and half of my steak was missing. I assume that she ate it with the gross meat sauce stains she had all over her. Yuck! I have never been so bothered by a stinch in my life. Me and my husband were gagging and didn't finish our meal. So beware of who handles your food at this establishment.
