People that work there are extremely polite, store is always clean, good food and atmosphere. I always enjoy my experience at this store.

Less than 2 of icecream for a large cone?? So, how much icecream do you get for a small? $4.10 for this?? My niece was upset.... I can get Cheaper icecream at McDonald's AND more of it... Come on now . I bet you get more out of a large blizzard for the same price... Common sense is not really needed here... We didnt have time to go inside, wait in line and get it fixed. And instead of the owner just leaving an im sorry comments on the reviews, why dont they actually contact these people and make it right instead of saying, im sorry, i hope you give us another chance.... The owner isn't actually correcting the problems.... This bothers me because the customers are being seen as we dont matter...not a very good leadership or ownership.... What is this teaching your employees? Just say sorry, and it will go away?.... Because trust me, I will go away.... Permanently.

The employees are always polite and the food is freshly made, hot and accurate. I really appreciate that they serve lunch items all day. I would rather have chicken strips over eggs any day and DQ is one of the few places I can always get what I want for breakfast. However, the chicken strips could use some improvement. When you’re paying at least $10 for a chicken strip meal you should be given chicken strip sized portions not nuggets or bites.

They need to change the oil in the fryer. Fish sandwiches and chicken tenders had a funny after taste.
