Church's Texas Chicken - Gresham Park

This location is in the hood but with my experience, the hood ones are better. The chicken was fresh and hot and crispy!!! Exactly how I like it.They had the bathroom blocked off. The manager explained that due to people destroying the restroom they are not open to the public. I understood so be sure you don 't need one when you stop. Every one had great customer service. When I 'm in the area I will definitely go back to this location.

They have no sense of urgency been in the drive thru stuck for 30 minutes waiting on a 3 piece chicken because i can’t move forward or back, lady at the window look and acting high . then i get to the window she didn’t even have my order took . she asked me what i wanted all over again . nobody wearing hair nets … now im at the window waiting for my food again .

Store was nasty as well as the customer service the store and shift mgr all rude one walking around mean mugging like he needs a fix. Didn't have biscuits I was supposed to get five with my order yet they didn't want to substitute anything nor accommodate me for not having what I have to pay for! The cashier doesn't listen nor pay attention then want to talk junk someone needs to give them customer service training. The big mgr didn't even want to come out and speak with a customer after they wanted a refund. Said didn't do refunds. How an Uber eats driver was waiting for over twenty minutes for order because they wanted to argue and worry about the wrong things please district or Gm get over to this store and clean it up!

GOOD SERVICE COULD CLEAN UP MORE NEED TO HIRE HELP FOR MAINTENANCE AS LONG AS THEY ARE OPEN WHY PUT THAT ON YOUR SERVICE STAFF FREE THEM UP YOU WILL MAKE MORE WHEN YOU SPEND MORE ON YOUR BUSINESS DONT PUT ALL IN YOUR

Chicken was nice and hot. And my favorite is still good the honey butter biscuit was great as well.
