Contribuiți la feedbackI always enjoy dining at the Magnolia Steakhouse. My husband loves the catfish dishes and loaded baked potatoes. As for me, I’m a fan of the smoked chicken quesadillas and the pizzas. Our server, Jocie, is outstanding; she remembers us, and we’ve developed a nice rapport with her. The other servers are friendly as well!
We have dined there frequently and enjoyed great steaks in the past, but on this particular night, the food was terrible. We had spent $125 on our meals and ended up bringing most of it home. Despite the earlier promise of quality steaks, this experience was a letdown. Our total bill came to almost $300, which included a few cocktails. Unfortunately, my grandchild fell ill that night and the next day after eating the burger. It's a shame to see how quickly a restaurant can decline. Sadly, we won't be returning until the owner addresses these issues and improves the quality of their food.
To make matters worse, there were flies buzzing around us the entire time we dined. We've eaten here many times before and always enjoyed the steaks, even bringing home $125 worth of food on previous visits. However, after I had boasted about how great the steaks were, this experience was nothing short of awful. Our bill came out to nearly $300, and a few of us had cocktails. Unfortunately, my grandson ended up feeling sick from his burger that night and the next day. This experience highlights how quickly a restaurant can lose its reputation. Until the owner improves inventory management and addresses the fly issue, we won't be returning.
