Great food, smokey chicken bowl was terrific, big portion

Popped in for lunch bought a small drink bc I love their lemonade just to find out they were completely out. The manager overheard me complaining that the gentleman didn’t tell me that before purchasing a drink the manager offered me bottled lemonade instead. Just wanted to say thank you, most customer service is lousy nowadays and you set a great example

I’ve ordered food from this spot quite a few times and their quality is going down hill. Their “house seasoned” kettle chips were just bags of kettle brand sea salt chips not what I paid for. Their cheese pizzas had cheese on the middle 5” of the pizza. Super disappointed and probably crossing this spot off the list
