Einstein Bros. Bagels

I frequent this restaurant often, but today was a disaster! My order arrived at two different times. There were only two staff members working, and despite there being over 15 of us, they seemed overwhelmed. I waited 50 minutes for my two sandwiches—just two simple sandwiches! I got the first one after 30 minutes, and the second one didn't come until 20 minutes later. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I came into this facility to get a good bagel, I opened the bag to a partially cut bagel with the cream cheese, all baked on a part of the bagel. learn to be proud of how your food looks like, instead of getting them quickly, slow down and give people quality for their $5 bagel.

Put an online order for my work and the location was closed! they should have turned off their online order if they are closed, they have loaded my credit card and they have not refunded it. I called and sent emails and had no contact with me.

It is a Saturday, the 30th juli 11 watch, and there is a great girl who is bigger from anyone who works at the moment. to hear about customers who already left, but loud enough for all others while waiting in the line an order. I remember someone shouting a few bagels in a bag, one no one could here, so the customer double checked whether it was her that it was not called a name, as we should know what is. anyway, the girl talked about how stupid the customer was, not only to check it heartwf as usual it is her task to be respectful

The food, service, and staff were all fantastic; however, it seems the corporate management has decided against reintroducing indoor seating. It's becoming far too hot to expect customers to sit on metal chairs outside in the sun. Please bring back indoor seating immediately! If policies change in the future, we can reevaluate, but for now, we would really appreciate the option to dine inside here in Colorado.
