Waffle House - Greenwood

This Waffle House location is fantastic! The staff working here are excellent, and while there may be a wait for lunch since it's always busy, it's definitely worth it. Enjoy your meal and remember to tip your servers and cooks - they deserve it! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Breakfast.

We waited 8 minutes for our table to be cleared and then waited an additional 20 minutes for service with my husband. Despite there being plenty of servers available, we noticed tension between them. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed as we had traveled 10 hours with high expectations of enjoying ourselves. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Avoid this waffle house at all costs. The waitress was incredibly lazy. When we arrived at 5:30, there was only one customer at the counter. We managed to find a clean table and asked for coffee, to which she replied that there wasn't any and she would have to make some. When her relief arrived, she mentioned that it had been so slow that night that she could barely stay awake. It was clear that she hadn't been doing her job properly. Service: 1/10.
