Wendy's - Greenwood

I would not even give this place a single star. When I walked in, all the staff had sour expressions on their faces and there was no sign of a smile. It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and after this experience, I will never return. Surprisingly, they were not busy at all, yet the dining room was in disarray with overflowing trash cans. There were about 6 people in the kitchen, but the dining area was chaotic. My food arrived cold and tasted old. Additionally, they did not accept cash, as I overheard the manager explaining that they preferred card payments at the kiosk. Every window and door had a sign posted, which was off-putting. I wish I had taken a photo of the unsmiling crew in the back. Even the general manager did not show any signs of warmth or communication. This experience was simply terrible.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars! The customer service was decent. While they were not particularly friendly, they were not rude either. The employees were clean. The parking lot was a bit rough, but there was no litter flying around. I wouldn't make a special trip to return, but I would consider going back if I happened to be in the area.

My experience at this restaurant was not satisfactory. They forgot to give us straws for our drinks, so we had to drive to a local gas station with our two children to get some. Additionally, when they brought out our order, it was not what we had requested. The portion of baked potato we received was also disappointing. Overall, the service and food quality were lacking.

I love how many of the Wendy’s in the Indy area near if they want. they advertise 11 o'clock I draw at 10:30 o'clock waiting for ten minutes and they don't say three of them in the work, but they close earlier than 11 o'clock

Ordered a big bacon cheddar'. Picture say a 1000 words.. See attached pic. My sandwich had about 3 small pieces of onion chips that look like they came off of the floor. I think the meat had been reheated from the day prior. The sandwich could have easily passed for the dollar menu. I would have been embarrassed to charge $6 for this sandwich. Shame
