I absolutely adore this restaurant - the service and food are fantastic!

Went in on morning shift, I must say they were slammed packed but miss Tiffany was a very pleasant and welcoming person. She helped us and other people that was not her customers. Great Customer service is exactly what we got. Thank you for the help you gave my family , I will be back. Great cooks too

It's a waffle house. You get what you would expect. However, we wentand the service was spot on. I don't recall the waitress's name, but she was super friendly and very helpful.

Waffle House needs to improve their table cleaning efficiency. We arrived 20 minutes before the hour and witnessed several tables remaining uncleaned for extended periods of time. Despite enough staff on hand, tables were left dirty and vacant for a significant amount of time. The size of the waffles has also decreased, resulting in a less appealing appearance and smaller portion size. Overall, the lack of attention to detail in service and cleanliness was disappointing. The food was still tasty and accurately prepared, but the overall experience was lacking compared to previous visits. Management should address these issues to ensure a better dining experience for customers.
