Steak 'n Shake - Greenwood

The icy sweet tee tasted like water. tee water. nothing else. the pommes were smaller than the pommes fries. no salt. no taste. soggy. greasy the burgers tasted ok. the speck seemed old and stale. as it appeared all day. the flesh was juicy. it was fresh and not frozen. it was good for a steakburger. I probably wouldn't be back to this place. my favorite has cramped and turned a few hours after eating this food. was in the bathroom for hours. normally do not place this on my own, but on this place. hecht. will recommend, but perhaps try another location

Every time I eat here I feel bad. I'm not sure if it is the greasy food or what causes my stomach to turn. Other fast food burgers don't make me feel sick.i think they need to cut back on saturated fats or something

Wish I could give MINUS 5 stars. If you 're anything like me and are sick of how business think they can operate like this I advise stay away. Made the mistake of eating here with a friend last week. Wanted to leave a review of my experience then but didn 't feel like being negative but after trying to pick up a door dash order last night I must now speak.Waited for over 20 minutes and still didn 't get the order. Granted this is after being completely IGNORED a long with a nice couple that was having an issue with the order placing machine. The girl on the grill needs to find a New job as that was the worst I 've ever seen. I 've worked that grill before in my teenage years so I know how it goes and she had no clue what she was doing. Dropping steak burgers on the floor as she was tryin to place them on the buns not to mention having no idea on the proper technique of pressing the puck down on the grill and creating those crispy edges. SMH.Now on to the eating experience from last week. Hence the Air quotes on steak. The quality of the meat is honestly pathetic now compared to what it used to be. I seriously doubt there is any steak n this meat anymore. Tastes like any other cheap patty now. Fries somehow taste even more bland and the BACON IS MICROWAVE BACON!!! What a pathetic tiny amount of food at its finest.Orange freeze what?? Chicken fingers what??Not to mention all the shakes and other things missing. Cottage cheese with a pineapple ring what??? Yeah whatever. Don 't even make me say lime freeze for all the OG s out here that are just as upset.Goodbye for good SNS. I ONLY spend my money on quality.

While I admit it's not really friendly to the technically challenged anymore (due to kiosk only use), the food was really good. Shakes are always better when you dine in. Warning to the older folks though, my grandma told me she wouldn't have been able to do it herself. I would assume and hope that the staff would help out those who can't use the kiosk only method they have now. Honestly, given the staff used to take ages to get your food or anything you need, I prefer having the ability to do it myself now. Much quicker and more pleasant experience.

Added chilli and cheese to my fries with my meals and a medium chilli cheese fry , this is what I got a two reg size fries and a medium fry the was only half full and they give me a cup of chilli and two things of shredded cheese and one liquid cheese. Was told this was how it was made. Also I ask for a liquid cheese sauce and the guy was like well we are supposed to charge 50 cent and I replied I already paid for the for three chilli cheese fries. Should not paid extra for these items when it is supposed to come already on them.After all of that I ask for one of my sandwiches with no onions and it had onions on it they did remake it but this make me not want to go back. Would love for someone form this business to reach out to me.
