The ginger girl in the window is super friendly and handed me a good amount of sauce and napkins. Best customer service I’ve had in a while.

Always great I asked for plain with just onion and still had ketchup on it which I don’t mind.

Why have the hours for midnight, but close to 9:45 I understand that closing a little early, maybe an hour for short staff, but really not even 10 o'clock. I don't see how you're open to all these terrible reviews. every time I get there, you're closed, post a sign or something.

I have been to this special steak and shake 4 times in the last 6 months. only one of these times I was actually served and it required my father to go back to her office and make the employees aware that there are 9 customers in her dining room. the other 3 times I waited in the car for up of 15 minutes without answer, although a hired inside. I don't know how this place is still open
