Little Caesars Pizza - Greenwood

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and, unfortunately, seemed quite incompetent. At every other Little Caesars I've visited, I’ve been able to request an extra topping of sausage instead of pepperoni without any issues. Here, they tried to charge me for an extra topping without understanding that I wanted a substitution. It seems the concept of “substitution” was completely foreign to them.

First, I want to clarify that the restaurant is located at 481 72 By Pass, not 581. I ordered the Detroit Deep Dish with double mushrooms, but unfortunately, there was raw dough in the center (please see the pictures). I spoke with the manager, Kim, who mentioned that she would have someone else put it in the oven, but it came out raw as well. Despite being pressed for time and the short three-mile drive, they never offered any compensation for our poor experience. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we won't be returning.

The large pizza is a great value, as it can feed 2 to 3 people for the same price as a double 1/4 pound meal for just one person.

Just delicious?. Love the employees. They are always friendly and the restaurant is very clean. I love this pizza. The 3 meat is both my favorite and paprika. This pizza is always hot and delicious. Visit my favorite Little Ceasars!
