Kfc - Greenwood

The recent renovations at this location have completely transformed its atmosphere. It's a fantastic update for such a bustling place. I particularly love the large round table! The quality of both the food and service has noticeably improved, which is greatly appreciated. Since I started using the app to place my orders, the accuracy has been 100% so far! Overall, this is a great KFC with a wonderful staff.

I ordered takeout, which included 12 wings, 2 chicken breasts, one cole slaw side, and one mashed potato side, and I paid $29.19. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a receipt; a gentleman dining nearby mentioned that their receipt machine has been broken for over a year. When I got home, I discovered that instead of two chicken breasts, I received one chicken breast and one thigh. Additionally, I only received one whole wing and 11 half-wings instead of the promised 12 wings. Everything was supposed to be the original recipe, but the wings and half-wings were extremely hot and spicy. We ended up splitting the one breast and one wing, but ultimately, we threw everything in the trash. It's clear why no receipts are provided — it makes returning food impossible. I would advise against going to Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I visited KFC at 5:30 PM to grab some fried chicken, and I was surprised to find out it would take them 19 minutes to prepare the original chicken. When I inquired about extra crispy, the response was that it would take even longer. Unless they had an unexpected rush, I'm puzzled as to why there was no fried chicken ready at that time. I won't be returning.

My husband and I went to get dinner. He went inside because the drive thru was not an option. If I could give a 0, I absolutely would. Our food was cold, old, and chewy. 20 bucks down the drain for 2 people. We had to go to Culver's and spend more toget a hot, fresh dinner. Shame on KFC. Instead of ever being acceptable, you just keep getting worse and that stems from poormanagement.

Tonight I pulled up to drive through was told it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken. Last week I pulled up to drive through was told there are only 2 people working so I would have to come inside to place my order. So I did then was told thatbecause it was 7:30 (the store is open until 10:00pm) that they don?t drop any new chicken for frying. They had no Extra crispychicken. REALLY!!! Someone needs to open a KFC in Greenwood. This one is incapable of being a fast food restaurant!
