Worst milkshakes ever all milk no flavor and the customer service sucked. If I'm paying almost 7$ for a small and it taste like flavored barely flavored) milk no thank you. Lady said here..and gave me my shakes. Never again will I go there.

I paid $5.00 for a butter pecan single scoop ice cream cone, I should have gone to Wal.

I purchased two cake cones with a single scoop in each and was charged $14.27 for them. Unfortunately, I paid in cash and did not receive a receipt. I visited the restaurant on Wednesday, 9/27 around 9:30pm. The girl at the counter was a young blonde, possibly in high school or a recent graduate. I was very tired from work and did not pay much attention until my husband mentioned something as we left. Since he had already finished most of his ice cream, we decided not to say anything. However, I am extremely upset and disappointed that such dishonest behavior is allowed in this establishment. I hope that our interaction was caught on camera so that this does not happen to others. We will not be returning to the Greenwood location.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE THERE THIS EVENING AROUND 6:15FOR A SCOOP OF ICE CREAM.WELL I GOT THE GOLD MEDAL RIBBON AND UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS NEARLY MUSH, WAS NOT FROZEN AND THE SCOOP WAS A CHILD SCOOP, MY HUSBAND ORDERED A PRALINE PECANNOT EVEN A FULL SCOOP AND AGAIN IN A CHILD CUP.WHAT HAS HAPPENED?? NO ONE WAS HARDLY EVEN THERE.AND ALSO THE GIRL THAT WAITED ON US DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE US! NO WORD OUT OF HER MOUTH.WE WERE SO DISAPPOINTED! WONT BE BACK!!!ALSO THE PRICE WE PAID FOR THIS WAS OVER $8.00THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!

0 stars. Sundae was basically just vanilla ice cream— a soupy mess—-and the employee smeared chocolate sauce all over the outside of the cup. Pass. Not worth the money.
