The Gate Clock - Greenwich

I have been here twice and it has been quite a disappointing experience. The drinks are just fine but the service is quite appalling. The staff will deliver at their own place, just not bothered if the customer wants the drinks to be served a little more quickly. Apart from this, the ambience is also not that good one. This is a pretty noisy place and there is no effort from the staff to make the place a little more comfortable.

I have visited this place quite a few times and each time have been quite disappointed with the service. Once you sit on the bar, the service always is lukewarm which is quite irritating. The staff is quite terse and is not at all apologetic. I would never visit this place again.

I am annoyed on every visit as there is no proper management of what pump clips are displayed. There are clips showing when beers are not available and some clips are twisted round because they are not securely screwed to the pump handles. Please make...sure all clips are securely fitted so they can not easily twist round and ensure that any pump not in use either has no pump clip or its clip is property turned round so the badge does not show. Why this particular Spoon's is so slack on this I do not know I don't face it in many others and even then only on isolated occasions. Up your game management please.

Terrible service from the main woman at this bar. A group of friends and I went to this pub. We sat down and tried to order our drinks no matter how many times we showed our ID, (proving we were all over the...main woman then came over and asked us to leave in a rude manner, telling us we had no proof of our age. It was an absolute joke.
