Contribuiți la feedbackWe have been regular visitors for many years. I had my birthday party there with 30 people it was excellent..Since the management has changed (which has been 2 or 3 months) sadly it has gone down hill.. Staff has no idea what is going on they seem all lost..Today our Christmas lunch turned into a disaster longgggg waits, under cooked potatoes, raw carrots and cold beef. Very disappointing and we are left hungry.
I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from an online application, but the reality did not match the pictures. While the staff was friendly, the appetizer portions were small, and the main dishes were served at staggered times. I will not be returning after this disappointing experience.
It's probably very nice when it's open, but it's closed on Mondays, and is actually about a mile south of where the Tripadvisor map suggests it is, along the Thames path near the new Millennium village. 1 star for Tripadvisor.....
Located alongside the river, this restaurant offers beautiful views and has a bar that overlooks the water. They serve tasty pub food and a Sunday roast. The restaurant itself is built on stilts in the river, showcasing a unique and modern architectural design. Open for dinner on Tuesdays, all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
While waiting in line for a popular pub near Admiral Nelson's statue, a local passerby recommended that my family try The Yacht pub just around the corner for our Sunday roast. We were pleased that we took their suggestion. The Sunday roast and pies were exceptional and the view of the Thames was beautiful. Upon entering the dining area, we noticed that all the tables had reservation signs on them. However, these signs indicated the specific time of the reservation, many of which were hours away. As a result, my family of 6 was able to secure a window table for a reservation that wasn't until 3 pm. The pub offered a wide selection of beers and lagers, though I would advise against the house rose wine. The lamb and sweet potato pie had a deliciously flaky crust and the desserts were fantastic. The service was excellent overall.
