Domino's Pizza - Greenwich

The restaurant is fresh and new, with fast and friendly staff. They periodically send out tempting deals through the mail. Thank you to Domino's and their efficient team!

So a couple of weeks ago we had a bad experience with this place. It's a regular for us but on this one occasion they took forever to deliver our order and when they did it was cold. I called to complain and Nicolette was extremely apologetic. She told me I would have the same order for free next time I ordered. Last night I called to see if they would live up to that promise and they did. The food was prompt hot and delicious. For me everyone can make a mistake and get things wrong. The true reflection of a place is how they deal with it. I found they dealt with it amazingly well. Even though I had one bad experience I will be back because they proved they know how to deal with s complaint from a loyal customer. Well done.

I am always wary of ordering from dominoes due to the hygiene standards. I went and picked up my order when I paid the guy handled the money and then started touching people's food before washing them. Once I got home there was a long hair cooked into the Base of my pizza. This is absolutely vile!!!!!

I made an order online but never received the delivery. When I called the store to track my order, the guy was super rude and aggressive to the point of shouting. When I asked to speak to his senior, he refused to put me through to anyone else. He didn't give me an indication on where the order is and insisted to cancel my order without taking my preference into consideration. It was an awful experience. The worst part is that they took money from my card for the order and never gave me a refund although the order was not fulfilled.

We ordered the large BBQ meat pizza with a side of garlic bread and chicken wings on a Tuesday as part of a meal deal. Yummy!!!
