Steam Asian Kitchen - Greenwich

My experience at Steam was a disaster from start to finish. It took over 35 minutes for my food to be prepared, only to find out that they had forgotten every single item I had ordered. The food was then delivered to the wrong table and passed around before finally ending up at my table. This happened with every other diner's order as well. When my food did arrive, it was inedible - a tasteless block of steamed silken tofu with ketchup on top, for which I paid $15. The Dan Dan noodles my husband ordered were overly oily and the flavors were off. We never received the veg dumplings we had ordered, and after waiting for an hour, we decided to leave and find another place for dinner. Every customer in the restaurant seemed disappointed, with some even asking for refunds. I try not to leave negative reviews, but I cannot understand how this restaurant stays in business. Serving a dish like steamed tofu with ketchup for $15 is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Steam and cannot recommend it to others.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic and the food was of high quality, with great value for the price. The pork buns were delicious, but the dough was a bit too thick. The meat was amazing.

This restaurant used to be SO GOOD. It was one of our go-to places while visiting my grandmother in town. However, after our experience today, I don't think we'll be going back. The food is completely different, and not in a good way. I went with threeother people and none of us were thrilled with our dishes. I'm only giving two stars because the dumplings and bubble tea weredecent (though overpriced in my opinion.

Located at the end of Greenwich Avenue, this small and charming shop is a hidden gem! The staff here is always attentive and quick. The food is fantastic, and the boba drinks are even better. Don't miss seeing their adorable little take-out bags for the boba. If you're in need of a quick and delicious meal, be sure to visit Steam. It's a family favorite and highly recommended!

This restaurant is amazing. At first, I thought it was closed because the door was a bit heavy, but the woman at the front came and greeted me warmly. The pork steamed buns were delicious, tender, and flavorful. I also loved that my mango boba came with both tapioca and popping pearls, making the drinking experience joyful. I highly recommend this place.
