The manager at the Greenwich, Connecticut location is outstanding. When I encountered a problem with one of my meals, he went above and beyond to resolve it and was incredibly considerate. I really enjoy the food, but what stands out even more is how genuinely kind and attentive the staff are to their customers.

I order from here a few times a week, and my favorite is the Avocado Lime salad with some add-ons. The food is incredibly delicious—I've even convinced a few of my colleagues to try it, and they loved it too! Plus, the customer service is outstanding!

The food was both delicious and healthy! Although it was beyond breakfast hours, they went out of their way to prepare a meal for us. The staff at the counter had a great attitude and the surroundings were very clean. The bathroom was also well-maintained! Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my experience! Their menu offers plenty of healthy options, which I appreciated. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich without the bun, and it was well-packaged in a recyclable container, which I really liked. When my order arrived, I received a text along with a photo of it at my doorstep—such a thoughtful touch for secure delivery. The food was delicious, and I will definitely be ordering again!

--- I recently tried the West Side burger, priced at $7.49 before tax, and I have to say, it's hands down better than the burgers from Shake Shack or Five Guys. I ordered mine well done, and it turned out to be the best well-done burger I've had at any similar restaurant. The patty was tender and cooked perfectly without being charred. I appreciated that the restaurant has an open kitchen, as I could see the chef putting a lot of care into making the meal. Additionally, they serve my favorite seltzer brand, Spindrift, which contains no artificial flavorings. I visited on a Sunday evening when the place wasn’t too busy, so my expectations weren’t particularly high, but the burger truly exceeded them. ---
