Gloria Jean's Coffees Tuggeranong

While not the top coffee spot in the area, this café serves quick and piping hot beverages. The quality remains consistent, and the prices have remained relatively stable over time.

The coffee is consistently burnt and after multiple tries, it still does not meet expectations. The hotel is conveniently situated on the upper level of the shopping center. There are other cafes nearby that offer better quality coffee and a more pleasant atmosphere.

The coffee I received from this place was extremely hot and had a burnt taste, likely due to the machine not being cleaned properly.

Was twice. Burned coffee both times, was said it is not burned coffee mix. I am a frequent traveler, and caffeine afficionado, I am 100% confident, I know burnt coffee when I taste it. You're the judge, don't say you're not... warned!

Have had coffee here a few times and it has been a reasonable experience. the staff have been and still are friendly. the cakes are still fresh and tasty. however, coffee is now lukewarm, not even hot. orders are mixed up and the service has...become incredibly slow. deserves another visit on their past performance but will be off my coffee spot list if they dont improve.
