Zaxby's has really taken a five over the past 10 years. I get it, it's a fast food chain but at one point you could always say Zaxby's is better than McDonalds or Burger King. I really don't think that's true. Their effort has dropped to almost zero. Fries are no longer seasoned correct and are cold. Tenders are smaller and often burnt. They rarely give you zax sauce. They are removing items off the menu (thinking of you buffalo blue salad). Service: Take out
