Wendy's - Greenville

The only reason that I am giving this Wendy's 5 stars is because of the excellent leadership and hardworknthat was shown by the manager. He seemed to be the only one working. Everyone else seemed to not be doing anything except talking amongst each other, but he handled his situation like a champ!

I loved it. And the staff was fast and very professional and polite. Five stars for them.

Tonight, I'm here to pick up a delivery for UberEats. As a driver, I can see the customer's order. This way, can I make sure they are? I get what they ordered. The man in the drive-thru window gave me the wrong drink (the customer ordered a fanta, not the lemonade he insisted that it did), half the food was wrong (the customer ordered a baked potato and he insisted that the order was for French fries), and gave me an attitude when I told him it was wrong. I felt he was snippy and short with me right in front of the racket. And he wore a tie, so he looked like the manager. He insisted that he was right and I felt insulted that he would treat me as I was just trying to make sure that the customer got exactly what they ordered. Guess what happened when I came to the store? I explained what happened to her, and she verified that she actually ordered a fanta and baked potatoes, as I tried to explain to the manager, not the pries and lemonade as he gave rude. Luckily, she told me that she was no longer ordered by this Wendy, and I agreed that I would never eat there again. This place lost 2 customers from an order tonight.

I went in and ordered our food with my husband. I asked if we could eat inside and casser said no, it's just out. So we went and sat in our car and then ate we see a bundle of African American folks going in and order and sat inside and ate without masks. employees had no masks. I had my mask and was told we couldn't eat inside. obviously the personal was racially oriented to customers. when we were gone, 7 black sat in the food. I called corporate and left msg. but I am very disturbed by this treatment of my family at a place where I am often.

This is an okay place but this the second time I've been and my food taste really old, the first time I went my fries were old, like they were sitting there for awhile and they just rewarmed them. This time I went my fries tasted rewarmed again and my burger tasted weird like it was sitting there for a couple of days my pickles and onions tasted old, I had to just throw the burger away smh. Sadly I will not go back to this Wendys. 2 stars because my drinks are always good and the people there are nice.
