Ya'll have changed the way you make your chicken and it is awful. Been a long time customer, ordered the classic bowl and the taste was 100% different. Why the change? Did other customers complain about the way you previously prepared it and that's why you changed? Because if not why change something that doesn't need to be fixed. The staff said only that location is doing it differently, is that true?

One of my family’s local favorites! Fresh ingredients. Great service. The family meal fed all four of us with plenty left over. It’s a great value. The garlic cilantro sauce is amazing!

I just went and got the garden salad with Buffalo chicken and I added black beans to it….HANDS DOWN the best salad I’ve had in a very long time. I eat at tropical grill often and the service and food is always amazing and consistent. 100% recommend

The staff here are the best. My husband and I came in 10 minutes before close, and everyone was so friendly. They made us food to-go despite the fact that they had already cleaned most of the kitchen. I can’t say enough great things about this TG location!

I have to say I’m glad I decided to try this place for a second time. The first time I tried and got one of the classic bowls with sweet mustard curry sauce plantains the chicken was very bland, however I decided to give another try since every restaurant has a bad day. So this time I got the tropical chicken sandwich without ham, fries, plantains, and classic chicken bowl with jalapeño garlic sauce. The cashier was extremely helpful in describing the menu and what to get! My food was very hot thanks to the cashier bringing my food out to the car very thankful being that it was raining. The chicken sandwich was piping hot and delicious, the fries crisp hot, well seasoned. The classic bowl was good with the addition of the jalapeño garlic sauce but the chicken by itself still tasted a little bland. Overall the food was good so I would recommend based on the portion size you get for the price and taste.
