No dead? how do they not mention that they have no tomato when someone orders something with tomato? and how do you forget to put the keks and the cookies on the tablet with the meal. soou disappointing. never go there again. I wish I had asked for a refund for my power bowl.
If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would! because it is extremely sad if the soft shells are almost as crispy as the hard shells, but not on a good wise. not only the flourtortillas hard, dry and stale. at least one inch or more of the whole way around the soft dish was dried and cracked, the center was half softened by the miniscule amount of wet meat, but hard. it was insensitive and had to spit out. I've never got such terrible soft bowls tacos, from any where, muchless taco bell. before today taco bell was one of my top 2 fast food restaurants. the greenville, il KFC/Taco bell can have taco bell removed from my list of favorites. the inedible soft bowls and perhaps a tablespoon meat, even less salat was disgusting and I have no intentions ever again to this special taco bell.
We have never had such horrible KFC experience before! We got an 8pc extra crispy bucket, got home and opened it up and it looked like it had been thrown against a wall and slapped to the floor. We didn't get 8pc, but 7 of dark meat only, no chicken breast. The breading was soggy and falling.of the chicken. The chicken was not cooked all the way and had red bones. My husband drove back to talk with a manager. The manager would not talk to him and allowed a teenager to deal with the issue. All we were asking for was the 2 chicken breast we were supposed to get. The manager was rude and nasty about the whole situation. We got 2 chicken breast breast but they were mush too! I am still I'm shocked and bummed out becuase we like KFC but do not care to ever go back after this experience!
Went in to order really quick because a semi won?t fit through the drive-thru. We were in a bit of a rush the workers were treating their job as if it?s a joke. When we asked how much longer it would be until our order was received we were given an attitude by the front worker instead. We then called to speak to the manager, and upon asking to speak to the manager, they hung up on us.
