Joe's Crab Shack - Greenville

The people were so nice. We had the best service ever. The food was so good.

Great shrimp tacos and fish n chips. The service was quick.

I truly enjoyed my rajin cajun crab legs steam bowl today. My husband ordered the mahi mahi fish and it was over cooked. The waitress came by to check on us and he told her that his fish wasn 't good. She said 'I 'm sorry ' and left. Next thing we know the manager magically appeared and offered another mahi mahi or to take it off the bill. My husband opted for tilapia instead. The manager cooked his tilapia and delivered it to the table. My husband enjoyed the tilapia along with the sides from his original order. We couldn 't have asked for better customer service. This was a good experience for us. Kudos to our waitress and the manager. This meant a lot to us because we haven 't eaten here in years. Our first visit when they first opened made us not go back. Today, we decided to try it again and were very pleased. We will definitely eat here again.

The food is delicious this was my second try the first time we when to this restaurant the service was bad but the food was delicious so we decided to give them a second chance and we’ll this time the service was great and the food fresh and delicious we for sure be back soon

I love the steampot. Impossible to resist. Hezakiah was our waiter and if we say so he was on top of his game, very friendly and engaging in conversation. He was funny, helpful and absolutely made our time at Joe's Crab Shack a joy. If they don't keep Hezakiah, they will loose an excellent employee. I'd give him a raise if I could...we loved it!
