Firehouse Subs I-30 Wesley - Greenville

I really enjoy eating at this location. The employees are very nice and they remember their customers. I walk in, and they much know exactly what I want. It is that kinda of customer relationships Greenville restaurants need. Thank You FIREHOUSE staff!!

The service here has gotten so much better the last few times I've been here! I've been seeing a lot of new faces so maybe that's why...? The food is as good as ever! Keep up the good work guys!

The 2 employees working, were complaining, arguing, and taking poorly about other employees, very loudly. It took over 20 minutes to make our sandwiches, with 1 other customer in the store. It cost $35 for 3 small sandwiches and 3 bags of chips. Anemployee put cheese on my sandwich, that was ordered without. I asked for it to be remade, because I cannot eat dairy. I believeshe scraped the toppings off and made the sandwich on the same bread (I heard the other employee say they were out of the gfbread) because I was sick after eating it. I have enjoyed Firehouse because they have allergen friendly options, but I will notreturn to this location.

I'm not usually a fan of hoagie-style sandwiches, but I must admit that they are significantly more affordable compared to other sandwich places. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt and precise. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

This was my first time dining here. I ordered the steak and cheese, but I'm not sure if it's meant to be served hot because it arrived cold. It tasted good, but the temperature was disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant was not very clean, which added to my overall disappointment. I think they can do better. Food rating: 2/5.
