Ec Pho Vietnamese Noodle House

The restaurant's hours have changed and they are now closed on Mondays, disappointing as I was craving some pho. I decided to try out Wasabi 8, but was not impressed with the quality of the pho compared to Eco Pho. The choices of pho were limited and the cubed steak did not meet my expectations. For the same price, I expected better quality. Eco Pho, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations with their delicious brisket and steak. The preparation of the dish was excellent and the meat was incredibly tasty. The onions and leafy greens were neatly prepared as well. I regret not going to Eco Pho first, as their food quality and preparation were far superior to Wasabi 8. Eco Pho should definitely be more popular and I highly recommend giving it a try.

I went to Wasabi 8 for pho because the hours changed and my usual spot was closed on Mondays. The quality of the pho at Wasabi 8 was poor compared to Eco Pho. The choices were limited and the cubed steak was a strange addition. Eco Pho, on the other hand, had much better food quality. The brisket and steak were delicious and the dish was prepared beautifully with onions and leafy greens. I regret going to Wasabi 8 and wish I had gone to Eco Pho instead. Their food quality is superior and they deserve more recognition.

The food is excellent. Unfortunately, we cannot dine in due to safety concerns with COVID-19. Hopefully, the situation will improve soon and we can once again enjoy the full dining experience.
