Contribuiți la feedbackAs always, the service was quick and friendly. I ordered the hot caramel latte, which I found a bit overpriced, though it was tasty and sweet. However, the real highlight was the sandwich—it was incredible! I believe it was called the sweet maple bacon and egg, and I chose a bagel as the bread. I will definitely be getting it again.
I had to go through the drive-thru twice because they refused to add two sweet teas that I forgot to order at the window. I've never encountered a business that wouldn’t accommodate such a simple request. They could have easily made the teas faster than the three employees who came to the window to tell me "no." Additionally, the food was poorly packed, making it difficult for my children to eat. This experience was frustrating, and I won’t be returning.
We had an amazing experience today at the Fire Tower location in Greenville, NC! Melvin provided us with outstanding service and went above and beyond to ensure that our order was fulfilled, even staying after his shift ended. Thank you, Melvin, for your excellent customer service!
No interior pickup. The trip thru line took 30 minutes. Slowly and no matter. It looks like they're going slowly so that people give up and go!! Come on. It is finished coffee and finished made donuts!!!! Dunkin!
The service was quite slow. The staff appeared unprofessional, with some employees not wearing masks at all and others wearing them improperly. After waiting 17 minutes in line, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for cold donuts to be packaged. I ordered 24 filled donuts, and they were all cold, with no napkins provided. A simple "good morning" can really improve the customer experience, as it comes off much better than just processing an order. I definitely won’t be returning.
