The service was terrible the lady kept slamming the doir and would have an attitude we sat in the drive through more than 30 min aswell

After I had ordered my food with my family we had slow service, ignorant customer service. And was told I had to pay for dipping sauce when I can go to any other store and won’t be charged to get dipping sauce by far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to. You will no longer have me as a customer in any of your stores.

The food was horrible. My burger was overcooked n the bun you could of used as hockey pucks. The cashier was polite n courteous. The only good thing I had was my milkshake (can't mess that up I wouldn't think).

The only complaint I have is that they messed up making one of my burgers, so I had to go back to the store to get them to fix what THEY messed up, and I didn't even get to keep the one that was messed up they said that they had to take it and throw it away if they made me a new fresh burger. Otherwise, they would have to put bacon on the burger that I had brought back that was already getting cold. I think for my inconvenience of having to go home only to find a mistake made on their part then to have to go back to them to fix it I should have gotten the other burger just for my inconvenience. If that's not a fair tradeoff then how about not making mistakes on my food that I ordered the way I did because that's the way I wanted it.

The help is always good just as the food restrooms very clean plus they opon at 10 am
