Will not go back. Server was beyond rude. The manager was super nice and took care of sodas but unfortunately we just wont go back. Service: Dine in Service: 1

Its a really bad service..the food is bad and the waitresses are really bad people ..i will never go back to that cracker barrel..I'm .really disappointed ya'll guys just lost a customer

I have eaten at different craker barrel stores over 27 yrs and this store in greenville tx is the worst my waitress krissy is the most kindest sweetest hard working server I've had in a while I stopped going there for a while but decided to give it another chance boy was I wrong the food is blan and taste old the mangers are mediocre at best there prices are ridiculous the store seemed unkempt I ordered the country ham and sent it back twice had to eat my vegetables took so long but because krissy is such an angel I simply told her I'd give the ham to my dog so she offered to go back and ask mgt if I could have a discount they rudely told her no if he is taken the food no discount well I didn't ask for a discount she as a kind person offered she even offered to pay for my meal which I refused she didn't even take my tip because she felt so bad in closing I'm done I will never go back ever I am 54. And I have seen many restaurants fall by the wayside when you treat the customers who pay your salary like dirt won't be long and those places are out of business krissy should be the manager of that store in my opinion anyway I will miss craker barrel but I refuse to be treated this way or see decent people like krissy mistreated I'm done Sincerely frankie
