Cohesive Coffee - Greenville

I was really excited to try this coffee shop and had hoped to return, but I ended up disappointed. My matcha was overly diluted and lacked the vibrant flavor I was expecting, and the chocolate croissant was stale.

I've traveled extensively and had the chance to enjoy many pour-over cups of coffee. I must say, this one has officially made it to the top of my list.

This cafe is quietly nestled down a back road at a serene intersection, with plenty of parking available. The staff is friendly, and the spacious, industrial-style interior offers ample seating options, including couches, regular tables and chairs, benches, and small outdoor tables. They make some of their syrups in-house and offer oat and almond milk for those who prefer non-dairy options. I had an iced almond milk latte (the almond milk contains no added sugar), and it was fantastic. I especially appreciate the choice of being served in a real glass or mug, which helps reduce waste. I've been here a good bit to have meetings with clients. I've tried the muffins and they are good. The employees are always helpful and quick with service.
