Chili's Grill - Greenville

Went here one Valentines day. Was seated, ordered food and drinks. After receiving our drinks we chatted roughly 15min before another family of 4 was seated near us. Not bothered we proceeded to talk and wait patiently for food. It never came. Family of4 was seated 15min after us, served food and drinks as we watched and wondered. Opting to just go management did offered thedrinks to us on the house. I refused the jester paid the bill and left a tip anyways. Haven't returned since.

I did not have a wait staff ask how the food was after being served. Fried pickles had a pool of grease, southwest egg rolls were good. Disappointed since it was a lull time and could have been more on point. Even paid at the kiosk on the table due tono one coming to table.

Took my mom out to eat here. The food was so good! We had Margarita Chicken! I did have tp go find the water pitcher to get my mom a refill and found our waitress sitting down with some on the other of us at the bar. Other than that everything wasfantastic.

Server was nice, but had me order something else because they didn?t have pasta. The cleanliness of this place is questionable. When we got there several tables were dirty, another party had to request to have the table wiped down before sitting down. Thewomens restroom needs more attention.

I've been using door dash to get this delivered to work lately. Not once have they got my order right. Chip bag is always half empty and the extra salsa is missing, not to mention basically water. For comparison I do the same thing from the Rockwalllocation and it's awesome every time.
