Yummy food, not much ambiance it's in a service station. It's not fast service but worth the wait. Good bbq

This restaurant is located inside a gas station! But the country food is delicious and portions are huge. You Can eat in our carry out. We stop every time we are traveling through. For $12.99 you get a huge portion of bbq or other meat, 2 country sides, bread and a drink. Enough for 2 meals if you are a regular size eater. Vegetarian options: The vegetables have pork added so there are few vegetarian options. Maybe come slaw and baked potato when they have them.

I had high expectations because of the reviews and people saying it’s a must stop. I don’t know if things have changed or anything but it was just a kind of normal place with a gas station inside. I ordered just a bbq sandwich and potato salad with a sweet tea. Staff wasn’t super friendly, but not really rude or anything either. The sandwhich smelled and tasted strange and when we asked about it they said it’s just a slop they put on it that might smell, and when we said we wanted to refund that one the first lady was nice about it but the second lady seemed more offended. We didn’t mean to offend, just concerned about the smell. The potato salad was really good though, tasted fresh and southern classic. The sweet tea was a bit too sweet but just cut it with unsweetened or water and it will be perfect. Good place to stop with a decent extensive menu and seating area. If you are picky or sensitive to meat like I am maybe ask for a fresh cooked bbq sandwhich or get something chicken. The staff seem willing to talk it through.

This is a must-stop destination for my wife and I whenever we travel between Georgia and Louisiana. Anyone passing along the I-65 corridor between Montgomery and Mobile needs to give this place a try. The sides are incredible and the BBQ chicken is honestly some of the best I've ever had. Plus, you won't break the bank, and the service is always friendly. Food: 5
