Starbucks - Greenville County

Went to the drive thru and nobody answered…super disappointed. I ended up having to just pull off

I think a guy (not sure) took my order with piercings hanging out of both sides of his mouth. At first I thought he was drooling. Then I waited for I think it was a gal (not sure) make my coffee with a large ring hanging out of her nose. I think it had mucus hanging off of it? This place really needs to be cleaned up. To top if off I paid over $6.50 for a medium peppermint mocha. I think I'm done with Starbucks.

Great service, Angi I think that is her name) was great and very joyful. Great service from her.

The staff is super friendly and everything, but there is not a single time I order only 1 pump of coffee that I don't get the most coffee tasting ones? they definitely don't read

I was so happy with my regular Cafe Batistas Asher, Carson, and Naya but Fox (Michael) the manager, you are doing too much. You are telling the batistas it's extra money for a drop of milk because I get my drinks with no ice?! That's crazy ?!!! 1. I am one of your loyal customers! And I'm there literally everyday. 2. You give made over drinks with no hesitation and that's extra milk being used! 3. If I am asking for a drink with no ice, use your common sense to charge me at the beginning. But why charge me extra when it's only a drop you're giving. And Sammi you didn't have to say i had to pay extra for milk in front of people as if i couldn't. Since i could afford to come there everyday means i can pay the extra for the milk!!! You lose me as a customer, you lose everyone! Because if that's how you're going to treat your loyal customers then I'm not coming anymore!
