Need to do something about getting orders right and need to do something about the hamburger meat

The wait was incredibly long at drive thru. No one in parking lot so inside was empty. My burgers bun was VERY hard. Harder than the hamburger. Waited in a line if 5 cars for about 15 minutes. Unacceptable.
