Wendy's - Greenup

The only thing was they didn't have any BBQ sauce for our chicken nuggets ?

About 6 people in the place, 2 or 3 people waiting on good when I get there, ordered Nugget and fries for the kids, ordered myself pretzel baconator, somehow our food comes out before 2 other people that were there before me, and seeing what they had it was nothing more than what I got. Fries were not hot, the pretzel baconator is advertised 2 patties and 2 layers of bacon, mine had soggy pretzel patties, bottom patty was hard around the edges like it was stale, only had one patty and like 2 pieces of bacon, won't come back to this Wendy's, and here they are probably fighting for 15 an hour minimum thinking they deserve it.

You can never get good hot fries at this location in the evenings or late at night. They are always cold and hard. Has been this way for many years.

Turn the menu around to the appropriate meal of the time of day. I understand being new, but when you messed up 4 orders in a row, its not us. Then, run your mouth it is great to treat your customers like that.

I don't like where they have gone to mostly all self check out..I know of a lot of people that feel the same way about this
