Longhorn Steakhouse - Greensburg

The customer service was disappointing. Our appetizers were not cleaned up, and they didn't offer to adjust the bill. I was overlooked for a while, but aside from that, everything else was great. The atmosphere was pleasant, the tables were clean, the bathroom was well-maintained, and the food was well-prepared. Plus, the drinks were strong, just the way I like them.

The server accidentally spilled our appetizers and failed to clean them up. She also forgot to bring our drinks, napkins, and sauces. While she seemed knowledgeable about encouraging customers to spend more, her interruptions during our conversations were bothersome.

I had a fantastic time celebrating my parents' 47th anniversary! The steaks were grilled to perfection, the salads were cold and crisp, the drinks were delicious, and the sides complemented the steaks wonderfully. The kitchen staff is phenomenal, and the service was friendly and speedy.

We originally wanted to go to Applebee, but they had a private function, so we thought we would hop next door.. BIG MISTAKE!!! First, the hostess was over rude, arrogant and looked like she didn't want to serve us at all. She looked very dirty, hair over her face, dirty fingernails and simply not conceivable. We waited 15 minutes before someone served us. The waitress was beautiful (the only positive experience), but we waited for an hour to order. You didn't have any GEMÜSE WASSOEVER!!! My husband ordered a super well done steak and what came the opposite. It was so pardoned that he was finished after the second bite. He also ordered French onion soup and what came like a frozen pack of beef pattie, which was just thrown in and the bowl was very dirty. The food was absolutely terrible that neither I nor my husband could eat it. We just took Doggy bags to be polite and not make a foot, but threw them in the garbage because it was so bad. So many screaming children everywhere. Loading drunk parents and loud students.. very unpleasant and as a person who often dinates, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go to Applebee. I often go there and food and service is much better.

Really great experience here and the food was super good! Very fast service, definitely a refreshing meal.
