A stunning restaurant located in Greensborough's growing culinary scene, Infuse’s unmistakable charm is alluring with its adventurous menu that explores the punchy flavours and exotic spices of Asian inspired Modern Australian fare.<br/ <br/ The dish of bang bang chicken was a stunning start to our visit. A melange of sweetness, savouriness, chilli kick and a touch of acidity, this was a beautiful dish comprising of rice vermicelli soaking in flavoursome soy ginger dressing together with melt in your mouth chicken laced with Sichuan pepper, cucumber pickles, sesame, shallots, peanuts, bean sprouts, cabbage and coriander.<br/ <br/ For mains the half chargrilled chicken was a showstopper. The chicken had been lovingly marinated in lemongrass, lime and chilli before being cooked to absolute perfection. We loved the tender and moist chicken which went well with the accompanying Issan sticky rice, charred corn and house pickled vegetable.<br/ <br/ If you love curries then do not go past the green curry served with crispy pan fried barramundi fillet. Harmonising a perfect balance of spices and sweetness, the accompanying curry was sheer pleasure. Together with steamed rice, the robust and fragrant dish was an addictive and comforting dish.<br/ <br/ Dessert time continued to please at Infuse and showcased the kitchen’s versatility. The popsicle ensured our visit concluded on a sweet note. Think chocolate and peanut glaze coating blueberry and coconut sorbet.

Lovely experience! Infuse Greensborough has such a nice environment with beautiful decorations! Quick service and a wide variety of options in their menu for all tastes. Had an awesome dinner with my husband and some refreshing cocktails! Definitely recommend it and will come back again!

Liked the feed me option they have recently added to their menu. Only downside was the wait between plates

We had a fantastic first visit to infuse. The food was delicious and portions were generous. My little girl absolutely loved the chia pudding from my breakfast board. The staff were extremely helpful with making sure we had enough pram space and with helping us to get a highchair. We will definately be back!
