Wendy's - Greensboro

I've had lunch here several times, and I would give it a solid 4-star rating. My order is always accurate, and the food tastes just like it should at Wendy's. There have been a few instances of a soggy bun on the burger or a longer wait than expected for my drink, but I’ve never thought twice about returning to pick up my meal.

I was warmly welcomed by some of the most wonderful people I've encountered in a long time! They truly made my day! Thank you so much, Ms. Josie, and Mr. J (I’m sorry I forgot his name, but he was incredibly kind). Both of them deserve nothing but the best! God bless! <3

They seriously need to work on their customer service. Plus, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to go through the drive through when there are only 2 cars in line. The Baconater fries are great.

How are ANY Wendy 's Restaurants in Greensboro NC are still operating behooves me? Even when you order thru Uber eats the customer service is disgusting and deplorable. When my order arrived I can just tell it was made with the worse care. I didn 't eat it and demanded my money back from Uber eats. Any Wendys you go to in Greensboro NC will be run by the dredges of society. Low vibrating individuals who 's only interest is how soon they can go home. Customer service is naught!! Food is cold when it arrives at your home or wrong when ordering it from the drive thru. I 've definitely had enough. Kudos to fast food restaurants that are being run by AI. Maybe then the order will be right and at least you can read thank you and come again on the computer screens and automatic drive thru 's.

Corporate trainer needs to come in here asap. Girl up front takes one order then walks away while there is a line of 10+ people out door. Lost a lot of business in a short amount of time. She is also rude and trashy customer service she should be taking orders while the other 5 people fill them
