Wendy's - Greensboro

I went to this location after my Uber eats driver had mixed up our orders to get food for my family. The employee working at the front of the drive through giving out orders was so polite and friendly, which made the experience 100% better. It’s rare these days and I certainly hope he is being compensated well. This absolutely made my drive though experience so much better, as I usually dread it. Thank you

I? m only gives this restaurant a 1 star rating because it is impossible to give it a 0. I should have known better than to return to this special Wendy because the service is always terrible. This time I went through the drive thru I had to repeat my order 3 different times, and when I arrived in my house less than 5 minutes away, the food was both cold and wrong. We will not return to this Wendy and I would advise others to think twice before you spend your money on this place. Terrible customer service and even worse food.

We had only a great experience with this wendy’s! the staff was so incredibly friendly and our eating was very well combined. sometimes pommes are simply thrown into the bag and there are sauces that pour from the side of the sandwiches, but not with this wendy’s! one of the employees (we unfortunately didn't catch his name) even bought our children frosties! Many thanks for the help from the family have a wonderful meal together!

Employees didn't seem to want to be there doing anything, but I didn't have any problems with the food.

TEEEIBLE WE WAITED ALMOST 20 MINS IN DRIVE THROUGH FOR A DANG 4 FOR 4 AND STILL GOT HOME AND DIDNT GET ANY SAUCE FOR THE NUGGETS SMH
