I wouldn't give this restaurant a star. I had a bad experience due to my tomato allergy. I ordered two beef chalupas without tomatoes and sour cream, specifically stating my allergy. I also ordered a burrito with extra cheese, again mentioning my tomato allergy. Despite this, my burrito was filled with tomatoes. When I returned to the restaurant to get a corrected order, they tried to blame me for the mistake and insisted that I had received the correct order in my hotel room. I had to drive back to the restaurant a second time to get the correct burrito, but it was not worth the hassle. This mistake could have been dangerous for someone with a severe allergy. I would not recommend eating here.

This restaurant used to be excellent. I never had any problems, the staff were friendly, etc. However, the last 3-4 times I have been here, they have locked their doors and not answered the drive-thru. It is currently 8pm on a Friday night and when I arrived, I sat there for a few minutes before moving to the window. The staff member inside stared at me before closing the blinds around 8pm, even though their online hours were until 9pm (which I didn't know because I have never encountered a Taco Bell that closes this early). This location, which I have been a loyal customer to for years, has multiple instances of not answering the drive-thru or ignoring customers. I will not be returning as this behavior is unacceptable for a restaurant.

That is the second time that I came to lunch in 1 week and they are never open because they have no workers I only have a 45-minute lunch break I will not waste time to go to the taco bell anymore. Perhaps if these fast food restaurants and other big companies would pay their employees, better would the people want to work. we can earn more money by staying at home and collecting government aid and then working in taco bell. pay them employees better and they will find people who work

Twice I have stopped, while driving an empty bus, to order just to have the doors locked, no one in line at the drive thru, obviously no guests inside, and employees sitting in the dining area doing nothing at 5pm. Do you seriously not want business? Can't drive a bus thru the drive thru and I was totally ignored by employees. Very poor service...
