For the price, it was a good place to eat. The lunch special was good and it had a very cozy feel to it. It's better to go with a group than alone, parties if one tend to get seated out of the way with no view except walls.

Beware!!!! Unless you want to roll the dice on catching a BACTERIAL INFECTION. Totally shocked disappointed of the managerial service at this location at Friendly Center. My family and I have patronized this establishment for years. Today, found the longest HAIR in my Cuco Special Meal. I’m guessing hairnets in the kitchen are not stressed here anymore! Advise my waiter whose name, by the receipt, was Curtis. I could tell even he was grossed out! The waiter was apologetic took the plate. I had him just make the replacement order of the HAIR LACED Cuco Special meal to-go. He went spoke with the manager to make him aware of the ordeal, the manager shrugged his shoulders like this is a regular occurrence he could care less. Not once did the manager come by the table. The restaurant was not busy at all. I would’ve been more empathetic if it was. I received the check was still charged for my meal. I asked to speak with manager, he only came by the booth once requested. His nonchalant attitude towards the situation was the WORST!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Totally Unacceptable!!!! Poblano’s will never see another cent from me, my family, or friends!!!! If your looking for Mexican food good customer service please dine else where!!!! Thank me later!!!

The food either was made wrong, was super fatty in three plates or different foods, or lacked flavor. Covered in cilantro when it shouldn't have had any. We definitely aren't taking food home we can't eat much of it. The staff was sparse, they hide in the back the whole time. The tea is very see through light brown water with a ton of sugar.

I definitely don’t recommend this place for takeout because they have a policy that we’re responsible for the bags but they also tie them so tightly and rush you off so you can’t actually check the food... they stuff or whole order into one bag and put the sauce for the tacos Birria ON ITS SIDE to where it spills all throughout the bag all over everything and there’s nothing to be done. I would be totally understanding if it was just like oh the soup fell over my bad my mistake, but it was literally put in on its side so…. Food is mediocre and the customer service by the people answering the phone is just not it

Delicious meal, quick service and very polite server. Had the Poblano Fundido with chicken and loved it. Grilled zucchini, onions and broccoli with chicken, rice and topped with queso. Will definitely have that again.
