Mcdonald's - Greensboro

On 10/10/20 the customer service was abysmal. My order has been placed wrong and the cashier has dismissed me without fixing it. I don't expect much from ANY McDonald's, but they can do it better!

WORST McDonald's location in Greensboro. Every time I go here deign ( Drive Thru only), they get my order wrong, or the frits are cold, or the burger is cold (I actually want melted cheese). Generally, the staff is rude and does not listen to the managers being worse and dismissed. I can't say how often I had to turn around and go back through the queue to have corrected or called my order and complained about missing items. This place is a shame and the owner/Franchisee should be thrown out of McDonalds Corporation.

I like it because the employees are fast in the engine.

Nice food. Safe and clean! The food was well prepared.

Went to have the spicy chicken nuggets. Was informed they were out of their new promotional item... couldn?t even use the coupon from the app.. ??
