Mcdonald's - Greensboro

I love this McDonald's! Almost every morning, I come here with my baby. They always make him a large fry and give him an orange juice because that's all he wants, even though it's breakfast time. I've been a regular customer for two years and for the most part, they have always been amazing. Whether it's the morning shift or the night shift, I love you all! This review is under my husband's name, but it's actually me, his wife. ❤️

I ordered a quarter pounder last night and requested no onions and no cheese. They followed my request, but left out lettuce and tomatoes. What I got was a thin patty with a slice of bacon, a couple of pickles, and a bit of ketchup. It was extremely disappointing. This experience is a perfect example of why I don't visit McDonald's often.

The drive-through service could be much faster if they implemented more than one line. The staff spends too much time playing around rather than focusing on getting orders ready. They are often found chatting and goofing off in the corner while customers are waiting. It's frustrating when they make mistakes and then have the audacity to give attitude when alerted to it.

Let?s start off by saying ?UNACCEPTABLE!? These people clearly don?t want their fast food raise because this is just too much for me! Not a hair bonnet in my baby happy meal! Then they have the nerve to act like we did it!! Don?t nobody eat here bc theyare careless as hell! Who knows what they did to the food!! ????????

Yall do too much playing. The girl gone spill whipped cream on the cup and had the audacity to ask if I wanted her to wipe the cup off. Uhh...yeah! You spilled it, right? I said no tartar sauce on my sandwich. It 's on the receipt No Tartar sauce . I gethome...EXTRA tartar sauce. Stop all the doggone playing and pay attention to what you 're doing.
