K&w Cafeteria - Greensboro

We were there for Thanksgiving, which was delicious. there is always change so that probably everyone can find something they like......salads....meat/meat foods....Breads....Dessserts this is daily, but not always the same meat and vegetables....but always good.........I often go to k w.

Very long line and wait. had to go back to the service line to get coffee. Staff was very flippant than asked about the coffee. Fried chicken somehow became a special order that we wait 30 minutes and never came. We had to track it down. I heard another customer complained about the same while I was waiting for coffee. Something was wrong with the baked Mac cheese. And turkeys and dressing were served cold.

Very busy for thanksgiving. had to wait in a very long line before reaching the food. some of the servers seemed to be on a last nerve. some were very sweet and a few seemed simply lost. once it was quiet. I had truthahn and stuffed with jolled cranberry sauce, kale salat, sweet potato souffle and sweet tee. Nothing was excellent, but everything was typical cafeteria food. my expectations were correct. it was waiting for my sister, who simply had a little garden salad. it was one of the few places open to get a Thanksgiving menu.

The food is not the same. Anyone who ever runs this facility must redesign and reassess. Food quality is very poor. Before choosing food was top notch and now it is very bad. You never have enough staff. At the price they go, I can see what once a nice and fantastic restaurant is closed.

The food is very good at the Friendly location. I only wish you would do Turkey and dressing more often. I call the holiness and you just don't have it that often. Do Turkey and dressing more on week days. Thank you. Karen
