The first time in this franchise. the food was fast and fresh, nothing was as unique as the food. food: 4/5

Low customer service. not greeted when I came in or even spoke to him. I had to tell the girl that I had rewards, and she answered, "it was already going through." rude workers and simply not a good interaction to have everything. not sure how to set up with such bad service and settings.

The staff is always attentive to me. I called over 15 times just to get a few details about catering.

My sandwich was made perfect! I ordered through the mobile app and it was a very smooth experience. I am very happy and happy with my purchase. this situation is great!

This is just your standard Jimmy John's, but the staff is exceptionally friendly. The place is spotless and fully stocked. I ordered a gargantuan unwich with extra peppers (as I always do), and it was a perfect sandwich made with a smile. A great atmosphere isn't just about the food; it's also about good music, a clean environment, ample lighting, and comfort. Well done!
